Accessing Capital
CA assists clients to access capital for acquisitions, restructuring or internal growth strategies through:

• Preparing a confidential Information Memorandum outlining financial requirements and proposed capital structure.

The firm will liaise with the capital sources on behalf of the client, and advise the client throughout the funding process.
